Geek Medic is a father and son business, and Northwest Iowa is home. Jordan grew up on a farm in this area and has spent his career doing one thing: helping people use technology to make their lives and businesses run better. He started Geek Medic in 2005 helping local homes and small businesses with IT support, phone systems, and infrastructure, and has been an early adopter of new technology ever since. That same mindset is what led us to focus on security cameras, networking, and access control. We saw what professional-grade systems could do for a property and knew this region needed someone local who could install and support them the right way.
Jordan also spent nearly 20 years serving as an EMT for the local ambulance service, a reflection of his commitment to this community. Mason shares that same drive and has joined full-time to grow the security and networking side of the business.
When you hire us, you work with the people who answer the phone, write the estimate, and show up to do the install. There is no handoff. We handle everything, and we are both professionally certified in the systems we install. We are not done until you feel confident your system works and makes your life easier.
